| Subject: September 2012 Ban-list Predictions. Sat Aug 11, 2012 7:09 am | |
| So, it's that time of every year where konami hit us with unexpected ban-list, i did some research on wiki, tcgplayer, pojo and some other sites and forums, and most of the people had similar ideas about the ban-list, or at least how it should be, bringing all their ideas to the field, there is 83.3% the September ban list is something like this
Cards that makes sense or no sense to limit or ban, depends on your thoughts. - Rescue Rabbit - Inzektor Dragonfly - Inzketor Hornet - Red-eyes Darkness Metal Dragon - Wind-up Carrier Zenmaity
-Discussion: Most of players wants these cards away for a while, for those who like the old-slow play they of course, will want these cards away, however Rescue rabbit to begin with; that card is not over powered anymore with the new rule of fast effects, or i believe it's not exactly new anymore, rescue rabbit isn't overpowered anymore, maybe it's just me. Inzektor Dragonfly and Inzketor Hornet are strong cards however even with the Inzektors loop, the deck never topped much lately, last time i saw inzektors was in Top 32 in YCS that i don't recall the name, limiting Hornet perhaps however limiting Dragonfly makes no sense to me. As for Red-eyes metal dragon, yes, this dude needs that limitation. Wind-up carrier Zenmaity; allot want this card banned or limited at least, however i doubt there will be anything for the Wind-up this ban-list, they are not doing well lately, except they went to WDS lately, but that's just me.
I found this list on Wikia, and a similar on on a Romanian site, it looks like this:
Banned
Rescue Rabbit Inzektor Hornet: Wind-up Hunter
Limited
Atum REDMD snoww/grapha
Semi'd
Lightpulsar Dragged Down
Unlimited Magic Cylinder
Discussion: Obviously who ever made this ban-list he is either Heroes or Six Samurai user, if konami applied this ban list, Darkworld, Chaos dragons, Inzektors will die slowly, along with Rabbit-Deck variants. It makes not sense, someone wants an easy win that's all.
I found this other Ban-List on Pojo and On Italian Chimera site:
New Forbidden Cards: 2
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier Future Fusion
New Limited Cards: 9
Chaos Sorcerer Inzektor Dragonfly Inzektor Hornet Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon Spore Tsukuyomi Evigishki Gustkraken Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity Ultimate Offering
New Semi-Limited Cards: 11
Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow Debris Dragon Rescue Rabbit The Agent of Mystery - Earth Tour Guide From the Underworld A Hero Lives E - Emergency Call Hieratic Seal of Convocation Pot of Duality Reasoning Mirror Force
Cards no longer on list: 7
Marshmallon Necro Gardna Destiny Draw Emergency Teleport Level Limit - Area B Swords of Revealing Light Magic Cylinder
It has 2 "sources". One is the playerbase attending WC2012, the other is SOURCEPERSON which we get most of our OCG news. Unless I did miss something, it looks like both sources reveal the same list.
Real? Fake? We'll have to wait as always.
(This was originally posted by Lart Fujiwara)
This one actually makes sense to me, everything is balanced, i think it's the perfect ban-list, the only thing is that this ban-list seems a bit .. "big" to me, i don't think Konami will touch that many cards at the same time.
~Discuss people. |

| Not different that Lart's list, But i like that type of ban-list, it kills no deck, however it makes new decks have a chance against tiers. |

You can read it very clearly, it's legit. But really now, the only "bad" or say - not cool hit, is the Heavy Storm, given that they didn't get anything back, we'll have to deal with it with MST's and stuff like that. But like it was in previous formats, it's all good. Best hits was Stratos and Future Fusion. It's a shame we didn't see BLS there, but I guess next time for him. I already discussed this ban-list with Wh0 and some other people, it looks good. So my hopes are that it's real. P.S. I'd hit Laggia to 1 and not the bunny, but w.e. |

| If they ban Stratos I will seriously rage and completely go with Tele-DaD cuz we will have 3 Destiny Draw and 3 Emergency Call (hell yes).
I think the list would look similar to this:
Banned:
Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier Dark Hole Monster Reborn Future Fusion Wind-Up Hunter
Limited:
Dark Magician of Chaos Premature Burial Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon Inzector Centipede Inzector Dragonfly Rescue Rabbit One Day of Piece Ultimate Offering (should have never came off the banlist)
Semi-Limited:
Book of Moon Super Polymerization Miracle Fusion E-Emergency Call Lightpulsar Dragon Wind-Up Zenmaity
Unlimited:
Necro Gardna Spore
Note: You do realize that Tsukuyomi is a Book of Moon with legs |

| Stratos needs that Ban, the card gives you that many pluses. The deck is been in the game for far too long, plus heroes have too much support cards. - Quote :

| Yes, let's ban the only balanced card in the entire game and leave the cards that turn the game upside-down by themselves. /sarcasm |

| tsukuomi is deffinatly not a book of moon with legs. its a weaker version of maestroke. Bom is good for its versitiltiy of its disruption and its utility in advocating the destruction of low defense monsters tsukuomi just lets you kill monsters with >1000 def and reuse flip effects and the like, and on occasion stop an effect during your turn.
nuran that list you posted is fake because one there is english writing at the bottom of the page and 2 it does not have v jump pics or unlike the one with brio and ff as the only bans is not from a source that for the last few months has spoiled v jump rather consistently.
also mega capital G made another vid about the list nuran posted lol have not watched it yet tho |

| Heroes won't get a hit, they are balanced, also they are not overpowered so no need to worry about Stratos he is not getting a hit. However; we rarely know what konami have in their bucket for us. |

Gawd that was a while back. Card was OP as soon as it came out. I mean the fact that it lacks "Once per turn" on it and just can be randomly used during your MP... broke card. |
