DC Live Tournaments (short: Lives) are mini-tournaments that were a tradition back in old KCTAU site. Those tournaments are called live for a reason. There is no sign-ups in forum, or posting the results while your opponent confirms it, or waiting for your opponent to come online. This series of tournaments are hosted in our Skype Groups because all participants need to be present online at the same time and that is the easiest way to collect them at one place. Brackets are immediately formed in Challonge (website for hosting free tournament brackets) and tournament can start. If you want a competition immediately while you can be online for an hour or two, this tournament series are perfect for you.

Rules for each Live depend on the host and will be announced at the time of hosting. Hosts can be any staff member including Administrators, Moderators, Judges and Assistants. Live Tournaments consists of 16 contestants.

Table summarizes scores for each Player that gets 1st, 2nd place or Top 4 in a Live Tournament.

1st Place = 10 pts.
2nd Place = 5 pts.
Top 4 = 2 pts.

If two players got same number of points, the one with more Live wins will have the advantage, and it continues like that. At the end of a season, winner will be first ranked player and will receive special interview from DC so that everyone can see his/her success.

2) Staff member will announce it in those chats and all you need to do is be online when it happens and follow the instructions. We will try to host lives when many people are online. This depends on many factors and thus, we cannot define an exact time of hosting.
